Shipping Policy

At Sidonia, we operate as a marketplace connecting customers with artists and brands in the automotive sector. As such, each vendor is responsible for shipping their products directly from their facilities. Shipping times, costs, and carriers are determined by the individual vendor and will vary based on the product and the vendor’s location.

Shipping Times & Costs

  • Each product page will display the estimated shipping time, which is provided directly by the vendor.
  • Shipping costs and carriers (e.g., DHL, UPS, etc.) are set by the vendor and are also detailed on each product page. Shipping fees vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the item.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from Sidonia with your order number. After the vendor ships the product, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery progress.

Vendor-Specific Shipping

Since products are shipped from different vendors, you may receive multiple packages if your order includes items from more than one seller. Each vendor will provide the specific shipping details for their products.
