Return and Refund Policy for Sidonia S.L.
At Sidonia S.L., we serve as a marketplace that connects customers with a curated selection of brands and artists in the automotive sector. As an intermediary, we facilitate the purchase process, including handling all communication between customers and the vendors for shipping, payments, returns, and refunds.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To initiate a return, please contact Sidonia at pablo@sidoniagarage.com with your order number and details. Once we receive your request, we will coordinate with the vendor (brand or artist) to manage the return process on your behalf.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned in the same condition you received them—unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Certain items, such as custom or personalized goods, may not be eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Sidonia: To start a return, email us at pablo@sidoniagarage.com. We will handle all communication with the vendor.
- Return Instructions: If your return is approved, Sidonia will provide you with instructions on where and how to send your item, as the return will go directly to the vendor.
- Return Label: If applicable, we will send you a return shipping label provided by the vendor.
Items sent back without prior approval from Sidonia will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact Sidonia immediately at pablo@sidoniagarage.com. We will work directly with the vendor to resolve the issue and arrange a return or replacement.
Non-returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Perishable items (if applicable).
- Hazardous materials.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, you can return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted. Sidonia will facilitate the exchange process by communicating with the vendor.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and the item is received by the vendor, Sidonia will notify you. Refunds are processed by the vendor and will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact pablo@sidoniagarage.com for assistance.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without needing to provide a reason. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact Sidonia to initiate the return process under this policy.
